NO PAYMENT CAN BE TAKEN UNLESS GOODS ARE DISPATCHED. To keep our price to you as low as possible, we do not operate a telephone enquiry or order tracking service. We constantly monitor our e-mails and are able to give a rapid response to most enquiries. We have a constant battle with spam and have to use extremely sensitive filters. This very occasionally result in legitimate emails being filtered. We do answer all emails so if we miss replying your original message please do resend. To help us speed up the reply please include a subject heading and quote your order number when emailing us. Replies to emails without the order number may be delayed. Maintenance works We will be carrying out routine maintenance works on the site between September 29th and October 5th.
